Well this time last year I was a month away from the London Marathon 08. My running since has been pretty much non-existent.

Well today I decided to get off my ass and go for my first run of 2009. Only 4k but its a start, will hurt tomorrow but surprised how quickly I got into the pace of it again. Forgot just how much I love running at night. Really clears the mind.
